The Contacts Module is the place where you can manage everything related to your customers. Here you can view your leads, create new contacts, export databases, set up custom fields for one, filter your searches and much more!

## How does the B2Chat Contacts module work?

### In this module you will be able to create, edit, delete, block and even export database files with the list of contacts you want.

To do this, locate Contacts in the B2Chat console, you will first see the complete list of your contacts by columns and all the available options in buttons at the top.

## Use cases

The Contacts module is the place where you view your complete list of created and imported contacts, so finding a specific contact can be a complicated task. B2Chat offers you the “Search box” and “Date range” filters that will facilitate your more detailed searches.
