# Create and manage your agents in the B2Chat Users Module

The users of your B2Chat account are the people who interact with your customers through the console on a daily basis. These users are divided into two types: agents and managers.

## How does the B2Chat Users Module work?

The Users Module allows you to manage each of the profiles (Agents and Manager) associated to your account.

From this module you will be able to:

- View and edit all created users.
- Activate or inactivate users.
- Review the quota of available users in your account.
- Create additional users.
- Change your plan.

## What types of users can I have in B2Chat?

### Agents

**Agents**: they are in charge of answering all the messages that reach your company. Their access to the platform is a bit more limited, because they can only see the contacts module and the console module.

### Managers

**Managers**: these are the people who manage the platform within your company and therefore have full access to all modules; they can audit, view reports, configure departments, quick responses and other settings. In addition, they can also send and receive messages as an agent.
