With B2Chat you can transfer two types of chats : to agents or departments.

To transfer from one agent to another, first select the Chats transfer option. Second, select the available agent to whom you want to transfer the chat. Third, add an internal message with the reason for the transfer. Fourth, click the Transfer button to complete the request succesfully.

If you want to transfer chats between departments, the first thing you need to do is to have departments created and active in the console. If you already have them, the process is the same as between agents. Easy and in a few steps.
