Just follow these steps:

Step 1: Select the department where you want to include the new tag and you will see a list of all previously created tags.

Step 2: Click on the Create Tag button on the right side of your screen.

Step 3: Choose the name, color and icon and before finishing don’t forget to activate your new tag.

When you create Tags in your messaging you will be able to:
